We are a team of other Acupuncturists, Physicians and Medical Directors, and Medical Billing Insurance specialists. We offer easy 3rd party billing for Medicare patients to clinics, as the billing process is extremely difficult and time-consuming. 

Each team member oversees your care, from tracking your claims, to checking your charts and ensuring your acupuncture visits are going smoothly. 

If you decide to use your Medicare Part B benefits, you will get 20 acupuncture visits in 365 (day 1 is the first day of your first visit). You will need to be evaluated for Chronic Low Back pain, as that is the only code we bill for. Your provider can still work on other medical issues, but for Medicare purposes, we will be focusing on low back pain. Your provider will need to give you some assessment forms that ensures that you are in-fact getting relief from acupuncture. There is nothing else you need to do except enjoy all 20 visits every 365 days and become a better you!

We ONLY take Medicare Part B and Supplements if Medicare Part B is your primary. We do NOT bill for Medicare Advantage plans. If you do think you qualify, either you or your provider can fill out our verification link. We use a Federal-approved system to check to make sure you don't have any extra insurance policies you might not even be aware of. This process is done by a team of professionals. Because we are verifying for many other clinics, give us several days to a week to get yours confirmed. Once confirmed, we will email both you and your provider with your eligibility and benefits. 

We are the first of its kind in the whole country. We started out billing Medicare Part B for one clinic only and perfected the process. There are only a handful of clinics and hospitals across the country that currently bill acupuncture with Medicare Part B. We are hoping to expand coverage. Meantime, take advantage of this wonderful benefit! 

We deal with all the billing, so your provider doesn't have to. Any yearly deductibles, copays, or leftovers will be rendered so that your whole insurance profile is managed with us. No money should be paid to your provider.
